Room was warm and cozy, the place itself was fabulous. The staff working there were flexible. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Early check-in and exemplary customer service. Practical location, 5 minutes' walk to Olavshallen Stage.

Worth its 4 stars. It's decent base for visiting some must see attractions in Trondheim. River view was lovely. The location was wonderful and not far from places we visited.
